Terms of sale

1. Order

2. Shipping fee

Orders over SEK 3,000 (net) are delivered free of charge.

For orders under SEK 3,000, a shipping fee of SEK 305 will be charged.

Tjeders does not charge a handling fee.

3. Terms of payment

Terms of payment: 30 days net.

Prices apply excluding VAT but incl. packaging. After the due date, interest on arrears + 12% will be charged.

4. Delivery times

Delivery of stocked items normally takes place on the same or next day.

If the item is not in stock, it normally takes place within the specified lead time on the item and the customer must be informed when ordering. Delivery date refers to the day the goods leave us.

5. Warranty

All goods in Tjeder's range are covered by a (1) year warranty, with the exception of consumables such as batteries. Maintenance and provision of spare parts according to general conditions.

6. Complaints

Upon arrival, the customer must check all goods to verify that the product is faultless and that the correct product has been delivered. 

Remarks not made within 8 days will not be accepted. Statutory reminder fee is charged in case of delay.

In the event of a complaint, the customer must contact Tjeders via e-mail, order@tjeders.se or by telephone +46 10 494 99 00 .

Completed complaint form must always be attached to returned goods. The form can be found at  www.tjeders.se/kundservice/support-tjeders/retur-reklamation.

7. Transport damaged goods

If an item from Tjeders is damaged in the transport, regardless of whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this must be reported immediately to the forwarder, but no later than within 7 days.

8. Electronic waste

Tjeders undertakes to receive electronic waste for end-of-life appliances within Tjeders' product range free of charge, excluding shipping costs. Environmental sorting is done at all stages at Tjeders and waste is collected by an accredited company.

9. Reservations

Tjeders reserves the right to make unpredictable changes and possible misprints.

General conditions according to ALEM 09 for material delivery, otherwise Agreement 90 applies.
